At Zethic Technologies, a digital agency running 20+ concurrent client engagements, I built the PM practice from scratch and eventually took ownership of the internal infrastructure as well. Running Coolify, Docker, and n8n alongside delivery means I understand what it costs when the systems break down.

Before that, at Deloitte USI, I managed $25M change pipelines inside an environment where every number had a paper trail and missed audit steps had real consequences. That experience shaped how I think about processes: not as overhead, but as what keeps delivery working.

Embedded PM

Interim delivery leadership. Time-bound engagements (typically 2–6 months) where I join your team (4 people or 40), run the plan, manage stakeholders, drive execution, and ship the product.

Senior Project Manager Promoted Multi-client delivery · Digital agency

  • Scaled the PMO to a team of 7 project managers who collectively run 20+ concurrent engagements.
  • Own the full delivery lifecycle across the portfolio: scoping, budgets (up to ₹1 Cr), resource planning, execution, and client-facing communication. 96% on-time delivery.
  • Manage fixed-fee and T&M engagements, keeping scope tight and raising issues proactively, before they become margin problems.
  • Created the onboarding playbooks, process guides, and delivery standards the entire PM team operates on, built to work whether there are 2 PMs or 20.
  • Bridge product planning and engineering execution by owning internal DevOps infrastructure and self-hosting a productivity stack, replacing paid SaaS tools with FOSS alternatives and eliminating vendor lock-in.
  • Built n8n automation workflows that use AI to filter, score, and route incoming leads directly into the CRM, eliminating manual input across the sales funnel and freeing the team from routine triage work.
  • Contribute strategic insight on company direction: how the business is structured, what it builds, and where it's headed.

  • Built the foundational delivery pipeline from scratch: sprint cadence, project reporting, and scoping and estimation frameworks, all adopted company-wide.
  • Audited and fixed broken delivery workflows to run 5+ concurrent engagements spanning app development, product launches, and third-party integrations.
  • The structures built in that first year became the foundation I stepped into when promoted, and have since scaled into a full PM practice.
