I use Plane for project management. Needed Claude to be able to manage it easier, so built this. Create work items, manage cycles, update projects, run bulk ops - from Claude code or Desktop. 110 tools across 16 categories, works with any self-hosted Plane instance.
Obsidian is my PKM tool. Built a local MCP server which uses the official CLI so that I could manage it using Claude Desktop. 34 tools, no external dependency.
